Ever hear of a statue getting a standing ovation? It happened recently at Washington's most interactive museum, The Newseum! Our living statue was covered in newsprint, and posed reading a newspaper absolutely still. He would surprise passersby by suddenly putting down the paper, and waving, or tipping his hat. When his time on the pedestal was done, and he came down from his perch, he was very suprised to see all the guests standing and applauding for him.
